Join a new team with high aspirations
We are looking for a student assistant to be part of a newly established team within the Milestone Care division. The Milestone Care is a complete suite of operational maintenance and support services for organizations using the Milestone surveillance products. Your main task will be to support this program by contacting our re-sellers in the Russian speaking markets to up and cross sell our Care products. You will play an important role in a newly established team where we make sure you have the best working conditions to succeed while you develop personally and grow your skills.
Key Responsibilities
You will ensure outbound contact to our partners in the Russian speaking markets, and we expect to enjoy connecting with Milestone customers by phone and email as this will be your main task. You will not sell directly to end customers but instead influence our resellers to buy or sell our products.
Tasks
- Handle outbound calling
- Email correspondance
- Follow-up on leads
- Ensure a high level of data quality
- Track progress and document the results in Salesforce
- Provide sales support to our Field Sales and Reseller/Distributor Partners. This includes guidance on Milestone’s products, licensing questions, pricing, and assisting customers on a variety of issues
- Provide customers timely, accurate, and creative solutions regarding Milestone’s products
- Respond to questions received via telephone, email, and web
- Document sales related support cases and ensure timely resolutions
Preferred skills and competencies
You are an easy-going, well-spoken, and ambitious individual. You speak English and Russian fluently and it’s a plus if you also speak further languages as you will be in contact with different nationalities every day.
We expect you that you are interested in learning more about solution-based selling. This is not ordinary transaction-based sales! We would like you to understand the value of stakeholder management and data quality and we are ready to teach you.
