We are looking for a Sales Operation Specialist for the Sales Tools and Programs Operations team in Global Sales Operation, a team centrally placed in Milestone. Together with your colleagues in the rest of Global Sales Operations you enable sales, support, and sales operations around the globe, and ensures well working operational interfaces with other corporate functions.

Areas of responsibility
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure smooth, reliable, and timely execution of the daily operation. You proactively consider where and how to optimize further.
You share the ambition of the Sales Tools and Programs Operations team to raise the service level and scalability of the operational tasks anchored in Global Sales Operation, in good collaboration with other teams.
The team you join is responsible for a portfolio of operational tasks such as:
• Processing Salesforce policies changes, user rights, ticket handling, and more
• Administering Salesforce data for all audiences
• Running our operational setup for global incentive schemes to ensure punctual and accurate payouts, and coordinate with our colleagues in HR and accounting
• Managing the operations of our channel partner programs including that partners have the right levels, certifications, rights, etc.
• Running reports, prepare dashboards, and validate input with sales
• Preparing training materials and perform training to Global Sales in support of operational areas we run
• Supporting our regional super user setup.
You have an eye for streamlining processes and take pride in running operational tasks like clockwork. In addition, you are keen to participate in optimization projects that will further optime our operational readiness.
What you bring to the team
Structured, punctual, and efficient are most likely among the words you use to describe yourself. Success to you is a combination of following through on your own tasks and attending to the accomplishments of the whole team. You are service-minded, and when you find that things are not in order (yet) it simply inspire you to roll up your sleeves and get things done.
Required experience and skills:
• Min. 3-5 years' relevant work experience from an operations function
• Solid experience in several of these areas (please specify your level of proficiency for each in your application):
• Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
• Salesforce operational tasks and administration (alternatively another enterprise CRM system than Salesforce)
• Incentive pay operations
• Generating reports using PowerPivot or similar reporting tools
• Process mapping
• Operations in general
• Experience in participating in projects, ideally using an agile approach
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
