We are looking for a Director of Global Sales Enablement with a passion for sales skills development, sales processes, and for enabling complex deals. You will lead the Global Sales Enablement team currently consisting of five professionals, complemented by external vendors, and set up to grow further.

Your team is organized in Global Sales Operations, a diverse and dynamic team where we help each other and succeed together. Together we enable sales, support, and sales operations around the globe to succeed in a fast growing company, and ensure well working interfaces with other corporate functions.

You report to the VP of Global Sales Operations and will be part of Global Sales Operations’ leadership team.

Areas of responsibility
Together with the team you lead, you will be responsible for:
• Driving sales skills development for our global sales teams through our sales academy, and by offering a learning portfolio of content for self-serving learning.
• Establishing a talent development program to grow and mature younger sales talents.
• Developing sales frameworks such as activity-based sales and account planning.
• Managing the structures around the complex sales opportunities, engaging and orchestrating the regional and global functions needed to help our sales teams win the right deals.
• Building supporting structures and tools enabling the regional bid desks.
• Following up on global adoption of the frameworks and programs offered in close collaboration with regional functions.
• Lead and motivate the Sales Enablement team that consists of five employees all working from the Brøndby office.

What you bring to the team
As a director leading this important function it is imperative that you know the game. We are looking for a seasoned person who have been part of a similar function and have had leading roles in international settings.
Required experience and skills:
• Min. 10 years' work experience from sales such as key account management, channel based sales, and sales supporting functions, preferably in a global tech company or a related industries. You know the inner making of sales from different angles, and is motivated by enabling your new colleages to succeed.
• Business savvy with a keen interest in scaling a business through competences and supporting structures. You understand business modelling and see which types of skills building and supporting structures are required to succeed in different settings.
• Proven track record of building up global programs and frameworks that stick. You design for value add, repeatability and scalability, and understand what it takes to systems support a global setup.
• An accomplished people manager who takes pride in motivating and giving direction to your team. You subscribe to our people-first culture and put great emphasis in developing and empowering your team.
• Excellent in stakeholder engagement. You know when to take input, and when to make decisions, and succeed in building up global structures and programs that makes sense for the people who are going to benefit from them.
• A natural communicator and a good story teller, comfortable in smaller settings as well as presenting to bigger audiences. You connect with colleagues at all levels and can communicate to executive levels. You have solid English language skills.

As a person you are:
• Driven, proactive, and passionate with a positive can-do attitude.
• Accountable, structured, follows through to make things happen
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, yet with the calmness to complete most important tasks first.
• Well educated, likely holding an university degree combined with additional specialities within your field(s) of expertise.
• A team player with strong interpersonal skills, operating eye to eye at all levels. Your closest colleages will be the Global Sales Operations Leadership team with whom you can move mountains.
