<p>We invite you to bring your proactivity and collaboration skills into play as you contribute to the future growth of the Environment & Health business in Europe.</p><p>Reporting into the Sector/Key Account Lead in Europe, you will support all Ramboll Environment & Health (REH) countries (Finland, Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Germany, Poland, Belgium, Netherlands, UK, France, Italy, Spain) in Europe and will interact with REH sector leads in Europe across:</p><ul><li>Data Centers</li><li>Property</li><li>Energy</li><li>Manufacturing</li><li>Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals</li><li>Private Equity & Legal</li></ul><p>You will also be involved in the Key Account Management program in Europe.</p><p>This is a unique role within Ramboll Environment & Health and it is a great opportunity to develop your skills by supporting bids teams and Key Account Managers.</p><p>The successful candidate will live in proximity to one of our main office locations in Europe and will be a fluent English speaker.</p><p>Are you our new Key Account & Bid Management Support Specialist? Together, we lead and leave a positive impact on societies, companies and people around the world.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:</strong></p><ul><li>Monitor new entries and the progression of existing opportunities through the CRM, proactively engaging with opportunity Owners for those pursuits falling within agreed criteria</li><li>Partner with the relevant opportunity Owner to plan and manage the pursuit with a focus on the RFI, RFP and interview stages</li><li>Support the REH Governance (DAA) and Ramboll Project Excellence processes for specific opportunities, including development of supporting material for decision gates and adding to the Project Integration Tool, where needed</li><li>Lead bid scheduling and schedule adherence, including key stage technical and commercial reviews. Arrange regular status calls with the technical team to ensure bid submission compliance, driving to early costing/commercial aspects to influence scope</li><li>Support development of Pursuit Win Plan, including core Value Proposition and sales messages to generate a winning position. Ensures compliance with Win Plan (strategies and schedule), communicating with the team in the event the process is failing/where a deadline and/or win could be in jeopardy</li><li>Support management of the pursuit team, technical and commercial inputs, graphic and text design, ensuring consistency in content</li><li>Prepare bid documents (including project descriptions and CVs/biosketches) and targeted client sector/service line specific capability statements using software such as InDesign, PowerPoint and Word, applying graphic design skills where relevant, in support of strategic pursuits - including template style and layout, infographics, diagrams and images that support articulating the Ramboll value proposition</li><li>Prepare preliminary responses to standard questions in the RFP relating to Ramboll’s capability and experience for input, review and approval by the relevant technical lead</li><li>Liaise with other national-based bid teams (e.g. UK, USA, Nordics) to share best practice and keep abreast of changes to Ramboll Brand requirements and developing thematic materials / templates in our areas of strategic focus</li></ul><p><br>
<strong>Your key starting point for growth:</strong></p><ul><li>Previous experience in a similar role with similar responsibilities</li><li>Very good knowledge of PowerPoint, Adobe (PDF), Word, Excel and similar programmes</li><li>Flexibility and adaptability to engage with relevant stakeholders of all levels in the business, building strong positive key relationships, remaining objective and commercially focused</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent attention to detail</li><li>Fluent in written and verbal English</li><li>Ability to prioritise and manage tasks to meet deadlines, managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously</li><li>Self-motivated and results-oriented in nature</li><li>Experience of working in a cross-functional and cross-cultural role for an international company would be advantageous</li></ul><p><strong>Welcome to our Environment & Health division</strong><br>
