We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to first and foremost structure and support the CRO’s activities. You will own, coordinate and follow up on different projects and initiatives related to the CRO’s role and the global sales organization and so the tasks include both day-to-day support and optimization tasks that will help us work smarter and more efficiently. As an Executive Assistant at Milestone Systems, you will be offered a challenging and exciting position in a dynamic and international environment. Key tasks will include, but will not be limited to:
- Support the CRO in being well-prepared and well-organized, including managing and
coordinating his calendar and email, with heavy focus on classifying and prioritizing emails - Help drive the operating rhythm of the Global Sales Leadership team (the CRO and
six Vice Presidents) - Prepare meeting material, take minutes, proofread, etc.
- Create follow ups after meetings with next steps that you either execute on or
delegate to the appropriate team members - Assist in cross-departmental projects and help steer processes and, based on your previous experience, advise on best practices
- Arrange and coordinate travels as well as logistics around in-house and external meetings, conferences, and other events
- Expense reporting and other administrative tasks
What do you need to have to apply?
- Minimum 5+ years of experience from a PA or similar role, with proven results of your
impact - Ideally, experience from the tech industry (or as a minimum, you’re a tech-savvy
person) - Proactive approach to problem-solving with good judgement and decision-making ability
- Experience with international travel coordination
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Capability to maintain the highest level of internal and external confidentiality
- Fluent in Danish and English, both written and oral
- Superuser of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

You are structured in your way of working and you master the art of juggling several tasks at once, while maintaining the grand overview. You are a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills. You are ambitious and you are motivated by both operational and project/development tasks. You are a well-liked and good-humored colleague who easily builds trust across the organization.
