We are looking for a structured and commercially savvy team player to ensure that the administrative part of Global Sales Operations (GSO) is working like a charm. With a can-do attitude you will help our global stakeholders and ensure that the daily operational tasks are executed timely.

The team and the company
Sales Insights, Tools, and Operations (SITO) is a part the GSO department in Milestone, a centrally placed team with interfaces to the entire organization. You will join a dynamic, fun, international team of colleagues who makes substantial business impact, while enjoying everyday collaboration.

  • Be crucial in operational- and administrative tasks supporting our users daily.
  • Navigate, understand, and utilize a variety of sales tools owned by SITO, with Salesforce CRM being the primary platform.
  • Contribute with operations and sales process insights related to optimizing our day-to-day operations.
  • Both experience a lot of teamwork and the freedom to work independently. Autonomy is a cornerstone of our daily operations and your personal growth. Together we will find find the right balance.

  • You either have, or wish to gain, a solid understanding of operation- and sales mechanisms (ways-of-working) to help optimize our processes.
  • You preferably have experience within stakeholder management and can maneuver across different cultures and different parts of an organization.
  • You have a curious mindset and are excited to learn new things. These new capabilities will enhance your “toolbox” and complement you in your further development.
  • Be solid in written and oral English. English is the company language, and it is not a requirement that you speak Danish.

    Educational background is not the most important part, but relevant work experience is an advantage. Preferably, you already have experience working with sales tools (e.g., Salesforce) or sales process optimization.
