Global market leader in Fertility and Genomic Solutions
With an ever-increasing need for help for women to get pregnant, the urgency for fertility products is rapidly growing. CooperSurgical is the market leader, having been in the market for decades, with their solutions for women’s healthcare and provide solutions for all the steps in the fertility treatment. To keep momentum going, they are now expanding their team with a Sales Operations Manager with a strong analytic skill set.

Global strategic and operational responsibility
CooperSurgical is a global company working in a non-regulated business with significant global sales potential. It will be your responsibility to create the commercial structures and processes that enable CooperSurgical to reach their ambitious goals. You will work globally, with stakeholders all over the world, to ensure that the structure and processes are fit for the business. In the creation phase of the projects, you will work closely with finance, marketing, IT, senior sales leadership etc. in the office in Denmark, with the CooperSurgical office in US to align the initiatives but also with the APAC and EMEA commercial teams.

Your tasks include, but are not limited to:

  • Development, implementation and effective maintenance of global commercial processes (e.g. business planning, account plan development, segmentation & targeting).
  • Work directly with the global commercial leadership team and key functions such as sales, finance, pricing, global marketing etc. to develop a state-of-the-art sales operations setup.
  • Drive and develop global territory management model including sales territory mapping and planning for it to be a key commercial process.
  • Develop, roll out and maintain a global customer segmentation model.
  • Optimise the global compensation model and ensure transparent performance management.
  • Ensure customer data and hierarchy is continuously updated in the CRM system, based on input from the global sales organisation.
  • Develop presentations and dashboard reports that analyse CRM data on sales and marketing activities.

Using data to create structure and results
To succeed in this role, you need to have comprehensive experience within sales operations and how to create a global structure, that will enable sales to grow significantly. You are very hands on and thrive with implementing the structures and processes you have developed. Furthermore, you have a genuine interest in working with people from all over the world and respect cultural differences and are able to use them as a strength. As a person you are driven, detail oriented, structured and have a good business acumen. Furthermore, you should have excellent command of the English language and a very high level of IT skills.
