International Sales
International Sales is a global commercial organization which covers Demant’s wholesale and hearing aid export business for all markets except North America. The size of the local markets varies, and the local sales company portfolio of businesses and brands cover predominantly hearing aids, in many markets’ medical implants and some markets diagnostic equipment. The global organization is anchored with a small team at our headquarters in Smørum close to Copenhagen, consisting of the senior management team and the Commercial Excellence team, with daily outreach to the local organizations in the countries.
Role & responsibilities
In this role, you can look forward to two functions. You will be Manager of the Leadership Office for the Senior Vice President (SVP) of International Sales, and you will also run independent projects contributing to the global commercial agenda. You will work closely with the SVP, and members of the management team, including the directors of Finance and HR. You will report directly to the SVP and your personal growth and development in the role will be a high priority. If you are the right candidate, this is a fantastic opportunity to get a broad, and direct experience across internal functions and towards the countries.
You will support the SVP, the management team and broader organization by being the key anchor point for planning and structuring the management meeting activities and the annual strategic and commercial planning cycle in collaboration with the local sales companies and the Business Areas. In practice, you will prepare presentations, meetings, minutes, agendas, and reports, as well as collecting input and preparing for key discussions during these meeting.
In your role as Project Manager you will scope, plan, and drive your own dedicated projects, while involving a wide range of stakeholders across our business activities. You will work with business insights and analysis, process mapping, monthly reporting, meeting planning and follow-up on actions. You will furthermore support both strategy processes and well as the yearly commercial planning and budget process including coordination with the countries.

Your profile
You are self-driven and come along with a great deal of autonomy and sense of responsibility. You proactively seek inefficiencies in processes, role up your sleeves, and deliver practical and immediate results. You are strategic, pragmatic, and operational. You show strong analytical skills as well as the ability to structure, organize and prioritize your tasks. Furthermore, you tick off the following competencies:
• Master’s degree, preferably within International Business, International Marketing, Finance, strategic leadership or similar
• 2-4 years of work experience in a similar executive level support function, management consultancy or project management (relevant student jobs could also qualify you)
• Fluency in English, and preferably command of additional languages
• Strong command of Excel, Power Point and Outlook
