Sales Excellence Enabler
Would you like to be a part of Demant’s International Hearing Care business unit, in a dynamic team with close contact to local top management? Do you have the drive and experience to support sales excellence enablement through content creation, facilitation and driving a driving a community of best practice for coaching, sparring and training in close collaboration with Hearing Care companies worldwide? And do you have a strong commercial mindset?
If the answer is “Yes” we have an exciting opportunity for you in our Commercial Excellence team in the Hearing Care business area of Demant.
Strong purpose and impact on the overall business
Our Hearing Care organization (B2C) has experienced significant growth organically and through acquisitions and today we are a leading global hearing aid retailer with activities in 20+ markets. We are experiencing the benefits of implementing more commercial initiatives across the business and are searching for a Sales Excellence Enabler to strengthen the commercial foundation to champion the position as modern hearing care experts.
You will support our global sales trainers and our local markets in creating content related to sales excellence, drive our global sales community (part of our modern learning approach) and support facilitating workshops and center of excellences. The role is critical to ensure development of sales and coaching skills for our sales teams to meet our commercial objectives in a way that delivers strong customer outcomes by exploring and creating the best customer journeys.

This position will provide you with a unique opportunity to develop our commercial excellence team and you will be an instrumental part of our journey in our relentless pursuit for cross-functional collaboration with the ambition to maximize our commercial impact and deliver on our vision to “help more people hear better”.
Joining us your primary focus will be to:
• Support designing, developing and overseeing core sales and development training programs
• Run various sales training related analyses and presentations hereof (key findings and recommended actions)
• Sales Community Manager (FUSE Universal– our modern learning platform)

The most important thing is that you have a strong commercial mind-set. At the same time, it is important that you are a proactive and humble person to whom it comes naturally to establish and maintain personal relations across a large organization combined with good communication skills.
You should expect to work from our headquarters in Smørum, and travel app. 20-40 days per year to the local markets.
