Iberia is an important territory in the EMEA region and the Channel Business Manager will have a key role in the further development of this territory.

Job tasks

Your main responsibility will be to deliver on the business objectives in your territory. Using your expertise and knowledge in channel management you will be growing and expanding the business with your channel partners (2-tier) and it will be your responsibility to prioritize your accounts and the attention given such that the business potential of the portfolio is maximized.

You will be based in Barcelona or Madrid, reporting to the Country Manager of Italy, Iberia and Malta

The role will also include

  • Building, driving and deepening the relations with both Systems Integrators and Distributors
  • Building, driving and acting upon business plans with managed partners
  • Engaging and working with local Consultants
  • Engaging and working with large end users
  • Participating at events, seminars and exhibitions
  • Be liaison for the territory to the rest of the organization and vice versa

The job requires travelling in the territory and sometimes abroad to other Milestone offices.

Professional qualifications

  • More than 5 years of experience in the security, video surveillance and IP market
  • 5-10 years’ experience in channel management with a proven success record
  • Potential team lead background
  • Strong IT skills specifically with MS Office
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is an advantage but not a demand
  • Fluent proficiency in Spanish is a hard requirement and you have good English skills. You will interact with many stakeholders from other Milestone offices and English is the corporate language
