ELSTEEL is looking for a dynamic and results orientated Sales Manager for Scandinavia and Benelux, covering the following countries: Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Iceland, Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg. You have the opportunity to work from a home office.
Your main focus will be to follow and develop the plan for the region and maintain and drive growth. The growth will come from an excellent customer centric approach and by developing new business opportunities.
Your main areas of responsibility and tasks:
Responsible to maintain and drive growth in the region (Scandinavia and Benelux). Develop business plan and target customers in the region. You will ensure that Elsteel will reach goals for sales and profitability in the region according to plan. Identify, build up, develop and maintain dealer and distributors network. Attend relevant trade shows and fairs in the region. Travel frequently to visit customers and leads and secure orders. You report, follow up, and have dialogue with your manager and the headquarter as required. Conduct after sales service to ensure customer satisfaction. Conduct product and assembly training to leads and customers
Responsible to maintain and drive growth in the region (Scandinavia and Benelux).

You will ensure that Elsteel will reach goals for sales and profitability in the region according to plan.
Identify, build up, develop and maintain dealer and distributors network.
Attend relevant trade shows and fairs in the region.
Travel frequently to visit customers and leads and secure orders.
You report, follow up, and have dialogue with your manager and the headquarter as required.
Conduct after sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Your personal and professional skills:
Must have knowledge of low voltage electrical panel boards probably through relevant education within the electrical area, i.e. electrical engineer, electrician or similar. You have solid experience in Sales and Commercial areas. Stay updated on Electrical Standards, specifications and modifications. Must be flexible with your working hours and travelling (expected 120+ days per year). You are structured, disciplined, loyal, cost conscious, honest, hard working and highly skilled. Must be able to talk with people at all levels in organizations and build strong relations. Your English is at negotiation level in speech and writing.
Must have knowledge of low voltage electrical panel boards probably through relevant education within the electrical area, i.e. electrical engineer, electrician or similar.
You have solid experience in Sales and Commercial areas.
Stay updated on Electrical Standards, specifications and modifications.
Must be flexible with your working hours and travelling (expected 120+ days per year).
You are structured, disciplined, loyal, cost conscious, honest, hard working and highly skilled.
Must be able to talk with people at all levels in organizations and build strong relations.
You will report to the Global Business Development Manager.
