Job Summary:
Increase revenues for all property food and beverage outlets by managing and coordinating restaurant private events. Assist in the creation of private event and restaurant sales goals. Develop leads, up-sell events, and book restaurant private event functions. Work with clients and stakeholders within the parameters of established guidelines. Communicate client specifications to outlet managers and chefs to promote the proper implementation of client specifications. Provide appropriate revenue and sales reports as required. Updates and maintain outlet website information. Follow up with clients after functions and network re-booking of any events for future business. Managing restaurant space and availability use according to established guidelines to promote room to space ratios and event profitability. Inspects assigned functions prior to the event to verify they adhere to all client specifications.

- promoting and marketing the business
- handling customer inquiries and complaints
- taking restaurant and event reservations
- keeping statistical and financial records
- assessing and improving profitability
- setting targets
- handling administration and paperwork
- making improvements to the running of the business and developing the restaurant
- liaising with customers, employees, suppliers, and licensing authorities
- design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensure its a strong presence
Requirements:
- BS/MS degree in Business administration or a related field.
- Strong selling, interpersonal, and team skills
- Strong technological skill to manage our website and another social platform
- Flexible schedule to accommodate client needs, due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, Sales & Service Managers may be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs.
- Previous experience in business and administration environments.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
- Knowledge about Indian food is a must.
- Language requirements: English, Hindi(Communication with Chefs for planning) and or danish
