Here in the Lead Commissioning Supervisors Department we are seeking a quality and health & safety focused individual with the relevant technical knowledge (mechanical or electrical background) to join our highly skilled and qualified team. Responsibilities
You will be performing a local technical support function in the site organisation. This includes:
- Coordinating and guiding solutions
- Acting as the central point of contact if information or feedback is needed from or to the back office
- Being responsible for ensuring that all relevant information is available to all site team members
- Supporting the Deputy Commissioning Manager, you will assist them in their daily planning and in solving problems or issues.
- As the Lead Commissioning Supervisor, you will communicate and interact with a variety of different stakeholders.
Skills and experience
- Holds profound technical knowledge, ideally within the areas of electricity or mechanics
- Focused on Health, Safety, & Environment (HSE) as well as quality (QAQC)
- In addition will hold good process understanding and can work confidently in time sensitive situations
- Holds solid communication skills (highly valued for this position, combined with stakeholder-focused attitude)
- Will be a team member who is focused, adaptive, enthusiastic and motivated about your daily tasks
- Will be an effective and hard-working problem solver, and be enthusiastic and motivated about your daily tasks.
- Will hold a result-driven attitude- highly valued along with an action-oriented approach to your work
