Service Global Service Operations Global Supply Chain
You will be joining a team of 8 people in a friendly, outgoing and highly fast moving environment.
Responsibilities required as a Spare Part Co-ordinator
- Responsible for purchase requests, planning and coordination of spare parts in Vestas' Offshore Main Warehouse within the Global Offshore Supply Chain
- Ensure that the respective offshore service sites and warehouses have the right mix and stock levels of spare parts to ensure optimal performance
- Participating in a variety of tasks and improvement projects, both in relation to purchase of spare parts, item enrichment, turbine down handling and process optimization
- You will have a central role in solving and planning unforeseen challenges
- Participate in yearly stock takes for Vestas' offshore sites, by supervising the stock take, performing stock calculations and present deviations according to KPIs
Qualifications
- Have good English communication skills both verbal and written.
- Good ERP understanding, SAP
- Good IT skills in MS Office
Required competencies
- We see the ideal candidate possessing the following competencies and personality:
- 3-5 years of job/education experience in a similar position, but could also be a newly educated or a person with 3 years of experience
- Experience with purchasing processes and understanding of supply chain mechanism
- Solid good problem-solving skills
- Good at coordination and maintain a good collaboration with stakeholders
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Able to prioritize between many and variated tasks
- Thrive in a busy, international environment
- Emphatic personality and a team-oriented person
