The Horns Rev 3 wind farm is expected to boost the Danish electricity production by 12% by producing up to 1,700GWh of clean electricity a year, which will be enough to power 425,000 Danish households. Vestas have the full O&M contract operating and maintaining the V164 Vestas / MHI Vestas Wind Turbines on behalf of the Owner Vattenfall.

Responsibilities
- As the Offshore Service Supervisor, it will be your responsibility to plan all operations at the Horns Rev. 3 offshore wind farm.
- You will work closely with our customer and direct a team of technicians.
- You will be in charge of organizing, planning and preparing all offshore activities and ensure smooth and safe operations.
- Compliance to Vestas Health and Safety Management system
- The planning of all activities at site and Cooperating closely with our customer
- Responsible for complying to Health, Safety & Environmental legislation and Vestas Health & Safety management system
- General support to the Site Service Manager and ensure smooth daily operation
- Conducting safety walks and being a role model in safe working
- Have an insight to the site financials and planning work according to budget
- Assisting the implementation of new procedures/processes to the site
- Ensure compliance to management system and instructions
Qualifications
- Completed electrical or mechanical degree from a technical school/college/university
- At least 5 years of professional experience (electrical or mechanical) and for instance previous experience as team leader or supervisor
Competencies
- Possess people supervising skills/experience
- Comfortable working in busy periods
- Solid skills in speaking, reading and writing English
- Good IT knowledge and familiar with MS Office
- Have a full and valid driving license
