- Introduce product roadmaps and new features for Dahua's distributors, as well as installers. Together with both distributors and installers, you will help you select and configure products.
- Visit key customers as needed, promote and introduce product solutions according to customer thesis, in close collaboration with Dahua's business developer.
- Teach technical staff at Dahua's distributors and dealers to increase their knowledge of products and technology.
- Answer and resolve technical issues for customers via Dahua's ticket system, emails, phone calls and on-site support.
- Test product features and write technical documentation for new products or solutions, and collaborate with dahua marketing team.
- Analyze customer needs in collaboration with sales departments, coordinate resources from product/development departments for product improvement or project implementation.
Job requirements¡
- 2 years or more of professional experience in video surveillance, security, telecommunications and other related areas is preferred.
- knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, especially PowerPoint, and able to complete presentations independently.
- Knowledge of commonly used network tools, such as Sniffers, SSH and NCOM.
- Flexible in terms of business trips, trade shows and more.
- Has an outgoing personality and can work independently.
- Good written and oral Danish English language skills (fluent Danish is necessary).
