The Lead AI Data Scientist will play a pivotal role in defining- and leading the AI strategy in HR DD&IT in close alignment with People Analytics - and the AI CoE’s overall objectives, and will be working from our office in Bagsværd, Denmark.
Moreover, you will; Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI models and algorithms to address complex business challenges.
Collaborate closely with People Analytics team to identify AI opportunities and develop AI-driven applications.
Mentor and guide a team of AI professionals, providing technical leadership and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and machine learning to ensure the company remains at the forefront of technological innovation.
Act as a subject matter expert in AI, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Collaborate with external vendors on various AI projects
Qualifications
The ideal candidate has a strong desire for continuous learning and staying updated with emerging technologies; excellent problem-solving, and communication skills. Moreover, you have the following requirements: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
More than 7+ years of data management and analytics experience
Proven track record of designing and implementing AI solutions in a professional setting.
Extensive experience with machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and other AI-related technologies.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a team.
Understanding of AI ethics, responsible AI practices, and regulatory considerations.
Experience with managing diverse stakeholders across different geographic locations with a proactive and innovative mindset.
Experience with working in AWS and Snowflake including programming languages, such as SQL and Python is an advantage.
Previous exposure to SAFe/Agile methodology is advantageous.
