Novo Nordisk Integrated Quality is seeking an experienced professional with proven track record in effectively driving adoption and utilization of cross-organizational changes to join Integrated Quality. The position
The Senior Change Manager will be part of a project team responsible for establishing Integrated Quality (IQ) applicable for all areas in Novo Nordisk. Five pillars have been established to drive the transformation: IQ Structure, IQ Leadership, IQ Training, IQ Culture, and IQ Data & Technology.
As Senior Change Manager your role will be to drive cross-organizational change management activities and ensure adoption to our future QMS. The nature of change activities you will be driving will depend on the actual pillar you will be involved in and can be focusing on e.g. adoption to process changes and/or to new IT solutions. They will all require utilization of your ability to drive cross-functional change management activities in close collaboration with the Project Director, Project team e.g. QMS Specialist and management across our organisation. Your main responsibility will be to:
  • Create and execute change management strategies and plans.
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
  • Drive the delivery and management of key communication cross organizational.
  • Support the design and delivery of training initiatives.
  • Facilitate implementation and identify and manage resistance, both anticipated and persistent.
  • You will use your positive attitude to guide and support the project team to the advantage of the business. You will ensure organisational readiness and leadership commitment to the required changes and ensure that we are successful in realising the project benefits. You will be working in site Bagsværd. There will be occasional travel activities. Qualifications
    To succeed in this role, you have:
  • Master’s degree in science, engineering, psychology or a related field plus a qualification in Change Management.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience successfully leading organizational change or as part of strategic, complex and cross-functional projects.
  • Proven track record of developing communication efforts and implementing change management initiatives to ensure the organisation’s adoption to required changes.
  • Great collaboration skills with different stakeholders at various organisational levels, for example some of our most experienced process experts and managers.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to communicate complex subjects in an easy and understandable way.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) and active listening skills.
  • We expect that you have in-depth experience in applying Change management methodologies e.g. ADKAR or similar and experience with driving change management in IT projects and agile setups will be an advantage.
    As an individual, you are structured, a self-starter, team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others and effectively at all levels in the organization. You maintain a holistic and diplomatic mindset, always approaching tasks with a positive attitude. You never lose focus, despite changing demands or tight deadlines. Additionally, you possess strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships and influence others to move toward a common vision or goal.

    About the department As Senior Change Manager in Integrated Quality you will be part of a Matrix organization referring to the People Manager of Integrated Quality People Office. The department plays an instrumental role for ensuring a sustainable workforce by managing and securing people well-being for employees working within the Integrated Quality project pillars. The department is newly established and will in the future consists of SMEs, Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, and other roles and all with the responsibility to drive project activities within the pillars in Integrated Quality.
