We are looking for a Embedded Developer & Scrum Master to our Software Team for our Displaying Units and Systems Engineering team who can participate in shaping the future success of Ambu.
Tasks
As a Embedded Developer & Scrum Master you will be an integral part of the newly established Software Development Team in Displaying Units and Systems Engineering department within Global Innovation. The Software Team makes SW for our HW Platforms.
You will be responsible for scoping and driving software deliverables either as standalone projects or as art of a device project. You will work closely with the onsite team as well as our development partners and you will coordinate closely with our hardware function, marketing department, QA/RA and customers.
Your key area of responsibilities will among others be;

As you will be working with external development partners worldwide, it is of great importance that you have excellent project management skills as well as interpersonal skills, including multicultural awareness and sensitivity, ideally within Asian culture. Furthermore, using methods and tooling for a structured approach is also natural to you.

We are looking for a Embedded Developer & Scrum Master to our Software Team for our Displaying Units and Systems Engineering team who can participate in shaping the future success of Ambu.
Tasks
As a Embedded Developer & Scrum Master you will be an integral part of the newly established Software Development Team in Displaying Units and Systems Engineering department within Global Innovation. The Software Team makes SW for our HW Platforms.
You will be responsible for scoping and driving software deliverables either as standalone projects or as art of a device project. You will work closely with the onsite team as well as our development partners and you will coordinate closely with our hardware function, marketing department, QA/RA and customers.
Your key area of responsibilities will among others be;
- Work together with Software and Hardware developers to ensure the functionality of new and existing Ambu products.
- Act as SCRUM Master and drive the agile way of working
- Gain knowledge about hardware and driver software from external partners.
- Develop functionality in software in both hardware and application layers.
- Take part in developing the architecture of Ambu´s future displaying platforms.
- Participate in write Requirements, design specifications and test cases.
- Support the documentation effort to comply with software medical device standards.
Profile
The ideal candidate is experienced in delivering customer-focused solutions to challenging technical problems and thrives in a fast-moving environment that both requires tactical and strategic thinking.
We are looking for a highly motivated candidate who you probably can be characterised as;
- SCRUM master experience which has a proven record in managing a scrum team
- Knowledge and interest in embedded programming, but also higher-level programming in Linux environments.
- Experience with programming in C and C++, and scripting languages like python.
- Structural approach to development and documentation.
- An University background within electronics or computer science.
- A Positive team player who can interact and contribute also outside their own field of expertise.
- Interested in taking part in developing the software development organisation within Ambu.
As you will be working with external development partners worldwide, it is of great importance that you have excellent project management skills as well as interpersonal skills, including multicultural awareness and sensitivity, ideally within Asian culture. Furthermore, using methods and tooling for a structured approach is also natural to you.
