LEO Pharma has embarked on a very ambitious journey to become the world’s preferred dermatology care partner – and that is why we need you. To succeed we need to digitalize and automate our manufacturing environment.
The journey will encompass increased digitalization, acquisitions and transformations which all require strong architectural involvement and direction-setting.
You will help drive a roadmap for manufacturing which will make a significant difference for people with serious skin diseases all over the world. Currently we are looking into our ways of working with a large focus on data.
Shape our future and establish the best practice within manufacturing
You will take lead in your focus area collaborating with Global IT, manufacturing and vendors to prepare LEO Pharma for the future.
You will be responsible for the overall Manufacturing IT architecture and global implementation of global initiatives with an agile-mindset primarily in the Global Product Supply Agile Release Train. Your key to success will be establishing and evolving architecture best practices, direct the manufacturing IT roadmap and backlog - and identify and create valuable relationships with key stakeholders across the global organization and external vendors.
You should be able to understand a highly regulated business and adjust your project deliverables accordingly. You will be expected to approach initiatives with a consultancy mindset and clearly communicate the business value of our manufacturing IT roadmap. Moreover, we expect you to have the ability to contribute to our IT architecture governance and further development of LEO Pharma´s Enterprise Architecture.
Your qualifications
You have experience from working with Information Technology and Operational Technology in a global organization i.e. with a diversity of stakeholders and technologies at play.
As Lead Architect you are confident and have a level of authority. This includes the ability to communicate complex architecture roadmaps in an easily understandable way. With your experience and understanding of the mechanisms of a large organization you can prioritize and balance activities while leading by example.
Professional Qualifications:
We are looking for a candidate with pioneering spirit, a visionary mindset and a passion for doing things the right way. You are experienced and accomplished at working with IT and business executives, and if needed you are able to push back in a professional and diplomatic manner. You have international mindset and enjoys working in a global organization with a multitude of cultural backgrounds.

We develop and maintain the digital and architecture roadmap for enterprise IT in LEO. You will be part of a team of 8 Lead Architects in Enterprise Architecture each with a focus on a specific value stream. You will work in close collaboration with people covering the end-to-end IT landscape – all with a passion for leveraging technology and data. In Enterprise Architecture we succeed together, and we are part of a larger family in Global IT where you can use your creativity, share knowledge and enjoy a fun working environment.

Professional Qualifications:
- Strong analytical, presentation, communication and facilitation skills
- Enterprise Architect experience from a GxP manufacturing environment preferably with an EA framework certification (TOGAF, Zachman)
- Experience working in the Pharmaceutical industry e.g with understanding of ISA-95, 21 CFR Part 11, 21 CFR 210 and 211 and 21 CFR 820 and with recommendations of ISPE’s GAMP 5
- Potentially Certified Lead Auditor ISO 9001, 14001, 18001, 27001, 13485 and ISAE3402
