We are looking for a dedicated and pro-active manager that is experienced in application development to join our diverse team in ADS. In this role, we offer you the chance to lead the design, develop and implement digital solutions that are tailored to fit the Atea business and ways of working.
The position is in Atea Digital Service Denmark (Ballerup) with reference to the Manager of IT services Denmark. You will join a team of 150+ amazing and competent colleagues of which most is in DK, but a handful in the Baltics.
The team you will join, supports the business in developing and maintaining several applications. You will be the central player between the business and our development team ensuring requirement standards are held, frameworks are kept, preparing/maturing backlogs, facilitating prioritization meetings, coordinating with stakeholders etc.
As a Senior Scrum Master for our Application Development Team, you will work closely with the development team in delivering according to promises. You will bridge the dialogue between the Product Owner, the Architect and the development team.
We run our digital development in a scaled agile program, and as Senior Scrum Master, you will furthermore lead relentless improvements to “way of working”, as well and plan and facilitate development releases across our different development teams.

- Motivating our development team to on-time quality managed delivery
- Highlighting impediments for the team to ensure delivery according to commitments
- Balancing the team productivity and improvement activities
- Creating transparency on progress, velocity, dependencies, quality etc.
- Driving agile release planning in cooperation with the Product Owner
- Motivating and coaching the project team members to become better every day
- Coaching team members to acknowledge and apply the lean-agile principles and agreed processes
- Helping the team to reveal smart, simple solutions to problems and remove impediments
- Monitoring progress and facilitating relentless improvements in team velocity and predictability
- Facilitating a start up of an Agile Community to leverage ideas across development teams
- Managing sprints and ensuring that release deadlines are met
- Ensuring that release documentation is in place and process maps are updated
- Facilitating cross team coordination in collaboration with our department managers
- Helping in establishing both the agile culture and processes
Skills
- 5+ years of Scrum Master Experience
- Project Management experience, and apply case-based leadership styles when needed
- A solid understanding of the digital development processes, technologies, and tools
- Strong interpersonal skills and fluently managing stakeholders
- Passioned about structure and communication serving the agile develiry principles
- Skills and interest in setting up and promoting Agile Tools
- Worked in DevOps teams in a different role (e.g. as QA, Developer, Business Analyst, or..) is an advantage
- You have strong communication skills and are comfortably working in a global environment.
- You are an experienced Scrum Master driving the power of Continuous Delivery and Continuous Testing.
- You have hands on experience from process development and you are familiar with frameworks like Safe, Scrum@Scale or similar.
- We imagine that you hold a Bachelor or master’s degree within engineering, software or computer science.
