Nordea are looking for a greenfield Java developer to join the teams in Copenhagen.

You will be part of the IT development team within Trading Application Development.
As a Java Developer, you will be delivering and maintaining the derivatives risk platform that provides the online support for Nordea’s traders in real time. Their aim is to create a highly scalable and flexible real-time system allowing their trading area to react with speed to new business opportunities and regulations.
You will be responsible for one or more components in the systems supporting the price and risk calculations provided to the derivatives trading team on the trading floor in close collaboration with business, quant team and other IT areas.
• Working on the Java code base (writing greenfield code as well as bug fixing)
• Code reviews
• L3 support for critical incidents
• Working according to the Agile development methods
The role is based in Copenhagen.

• Relevant IT degree and if not, minimum 5 years of experience as a Java developer
• Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting goals and deliveries
• Experience with agile development
• Experience with Jira, Stash, Git, Bamboo
• Experience within Banking or Investment Banking
• Experience with Python, Redis, Kubernetes, Docker, DataSynapse, Kafka
• Experience with real-time systems (event-based)
• Experience with Cloud configured environment
