Your future just became a lot more interesting if you are an Entry Level Java Developer who can help with improving our Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solution. You'll kick-start your career within Identity management, access management, agile development, project implementation. You are a recent university graduate or have 1-2 years of experience.
We are currently working on delivering an Identity Governance platform to DSV – a major, multi-year project meant to take identity governance to the next level. To enable the technical delivery, we are building an international IAM team – and we need you! The team’s scope includes project and roll-out activities, as well as ongoing development and operation of the platform. The team is growing, and we expect to be up to 15 colleagues.
The world-wide roll-out of the platform is well underway with support from DSV project managers and external vendors, and we’re now preparing for the next implementation phase which will connect the new platform to our application landscape. As a member of the IAM and AD Governance Team, you’ll be working on developing changes that benefit the organization around the globe.
Key Player in our IAM Team
As a software developer in the IAM Team you will be responsible for coding, development tasks and technical documentation. Expectations include understanding and applying design and code best practices to ensure quality, operating in an Agile work environment by identifying, estimating, and completing tasks as well as anticipating risks, issues, blockers, and mitigating strategies.
Almost all our work is international, so you’ll need to have excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.

You have some experience with developing and troubleshooting issues in project and production environments, and some knowledge of MS Active Directory authentication, incl. Group Policy Objects and Azure would be useful.

You’ll play an important role in:
- Java Software development & Integration of applications on the SailPoint Platform. You will be interfacing your development with a standard platform, which means the development tools available to you will likely be different than you are used to in relation to compiling, debugging, and testing your code.
- Application On-boarding for built-in and custom connectors including development of build-map rules, before and after provisioning rules
- Development of custom reporting and bean shell rules
- Development of workflows for approval, notification, and provisioning of connected and disconnected systems
- Resolve any issues highlighted during System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing.
- Resolve day to day technical issues.
- Work closely with scrum team on regular basis about the status of the deployment and highlight any issues which may impact delivery timelines.
Your Developer Profile
You have some experience with developing and troubleshooting issues in project and production environments, and some knowledge of MS Active Directory authentication, incl. Group Policy Objects and Azure would be useful.
Furthermore, you have:
- Preferred minimum 1 year programming experience in Java
- Experience with BeanShell, XML, PowerShell, REST APIs is a plus
- Understanding of Windows servers, network, MS SQL, is a plus
- Good understanding of IT security principles
