To keep up and keep ahead, our Domain Architecture team – a part of Enterprise Architecture – has been tasked with paving the way for future operation models and digital evolutions, ensuring coherency across our architecture and value stream.
We do so by deep-diving into problems in the spectrum between technology and business and by advising key decision-makers and those who build the solutions.

Turn data into a product
Your main mission is to modernise our data management to keep up with an increasingly complex technical setup. The actual solutions are built and implemented by your colleagues across functions, but it is up to you to establish the overall governance model, strategy and ensure we apply “data as a product” thinking to all our initiatives. To do so, you:
You are an excellent communicator with the ability to inspire change
You also need profound knowledge of the intricate connections between IT and business. Your knowledge should be enough to give you the confidence to assist and inspire change management and decisions that have an impact on a truly global organisation.

- Connect with functions across DSV to pinpoint needs and issues and translate them into concrete insights and cases that you present to relevant decision-makers
- Take on architectural ownership on relevant projects, ensuring momentum, direction and cohesiveness with our overall strategy
- Maintain data management best practices – and challenge them when needed
You are an excellent communicator with the ability to inspire change
You also need profound knowledge of the intricate connections between IT and business. Your knowledge should be enough to give you the confidence to assist and inspire change management and decisions that have an impact on a truly global organisation.

You also have:
- 5+ years of experience with data and transformation on enterprise level – possibly from a position as a data scientist/engineer
- A degree in data science, similar engineering degree, and/or significant hands-on experience
- Excellent communication and people skills, and you are fluent in English – you can expect daily communication of complex concepts in English
- The ability to travel a couple of times per year to partake in projects across the world
