About the job
We are looking for a Chief Technology Architect in Edlund’s research and development department (R&D). In R&D we are developing state-of-the-art policy administrative solutions that provide pension providers the opportunity to focus on their customer relations. In this way we are supporting the pension providers’ customers in achieving optimal, financial security and transparence of their pension products.
You will establish and drive the software and technical vision for our core solutions. You will design the roadmap, and implement it together with architects and developers in R&D.
You will involve our customers, technical leads and architects drawing the current picture and the vision.
You will have a huge impact on the future of Edlund and you will be part of the management team in R&D with direct report to the CTO.

You will establish and drive the software and technical vision for our core solutions. You will design the roadmap, and implement it together with architects and developers in R&D.

You will have a huge impact on the future of Edlund and you will be part of the management team in R&D with direct report to the CTO.
Your tasks will include:
- Establish the software/technical roadmap
- Involve customers, technical leads, architects, and other experts
- Draw the current (as-is) and future (to-be) data, application, and technology picture
- Design the roadmap closing the gap between as-is and to-be
- Define best practice and provide technical guidance and leadership
- Responsibility for design and strategic planning of new software solutions
- Evangelize the technical vision among Customers and colleagues
Your qualifications
- Solid experience as both enterprise and software architect on the .NET platform
- Experience with transforming from coupled .Net architecture into a decoupled functionality in a multitenancy cloud SaaS architecture
- Ability to drive, document and structure the architectural work
- Ability to excite stakeholders about our vision and design
- A leadership style that is strategic, visionary, adroit at managing complexity, open to input, team oriented
- Fluent in Danish and strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
