Technical Solution Architect for MS Dynamics365 F&O

We are recruiting a Technical Solution Architect for MS Dynamics365 F&O for our “IT Architecture & Strategy” unit. Overall this unit defines the IT Strategy and Architecture required to reach DFDS’ Digital business goals.
This role will be pivotal in our current implementation project of Dynamics for Finance, Talent and Procurement but especially in defining and realizing our future ambitions of creating a Digital Back Office for all critical ‘back-office’ business processes.
The Technical Solution Architect will have the overall responsibility for identifying Business Capabilities in Finance, HR and Procurement, map these to technical implementations and design roadmaps for the technical support of future capabilities.

The Architect will be attached to Finance, HR and Procurement but must always keep the entire enterprise in mind when making decisions and recommendations.
The position is based at our HQ in Nordhavnen.
Profile
We are looking for a technology curious profile with an inquisitive and innovative mindset. You have extensive experience implementing and working with Dynamics365 F&O and you are not afraid to get close to the ‘metal’ and do quick PoCs when needed. You probably hold a master degree within IT and are working either with IT architecture in an IT-department or with IT implementation in the business. Experience with Enterprise Architecture, business processes modelling or capability mapping will be beneficial but not a prerequisite.
We are mostly interested in profiles with experience from innovative environment; this could be in a consultancy company or in a company with great digital growth. We expect you to have the following skills:

- Identify and describe business capabilities
- Describe high-level technical realization of business capabilities as roadmaps
- Ensure Business leaders understand the roadmaps and the consequences of decisions that impact the roadmaps
- Assess vendors and software solutions
- Oversee the technical implementation of Dynamics365 F&O and make architectural decisions to support the overall IT Architecture and Strategy.
- Oversee and manage development and customization code adhering to defined requirements
