Job
As Business Automation Consultant, you will be helping Deloitte digitalize and automate processes – making sure Deloitte concentrates on the core of the business. The automation work is both in the area of existing and new processes – as well as both internal and customer-facing processes.
You will work with best-in-class solutions and technologies to deliver the automation – and you will help with process analysis and optimization. You will work in a team where you will craft and develop processes both with mentorship and on your own. You will need to work according to a predefined process but also get the opportunity to add your own touch.
In Digital@Deloitte we work across the entire business. This means that you get a wide interface and get to work on several levels on a national basis, just as you would be involved in carrying out our ambitious plans. You will be working closely with the business users, and we always have an ongoing dialog about taking the solution to the next level, e.g., via AI or Machine Learning.
The ideal candidate
We imagine that you:
• Have experience with coding, for example Java, VB, .Net or similar
• Can work independently with processes
• Are innovative and business-oriented
• Have a great sense of empathy and a user centric mindset
• Are good at thinking out-of-the-box and an outstanding colleague
• Can structure your code sensibly, and focus on reusability
• Are fluent in English in speech and writing. Danish skills would be a plus.
As a person, you thrive in an innovative working environment and is good at "getting a grip on things". You have analytic capabilities and are a good problem solver. In addition, you are able to communicate in a clear and convincing way in all layers of the organization. Finally, yet importantly, you have business understanding and take initiative and ownership of your own tasks.
