We invite you to bring your process improvement and optimisation capabilities into play as you contribute to creating a new global technical software team. This role seeks an individual who can work within the group as well as independently. Your primary responsibilities will be to structure a large amount of information (software for design, modelling, calculations, etc.) throughout the entire Ramboll organisation and create and contain the foundation, process standardisation, and optimisation for our Global software Service platform ( GSRS). Good communication skills are required so that you can work comfortably in the global setup. A commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and a quality product are essential to succeed in this role.

You will join our Technical Software department
You will be part of the Technical software team, which is or in-house department for automation and development of global software Contract the digital tools and products used in the organization. Our mission is to digitalize and automate our processes, freeing and enabling our business units and department to focus even more on bringing value by preparing data overview, analysis and dashboard to support the business.
We are the key drivers for global contract agreements for technical software and we securing contract cost is allocated into the business.
Personal qualities that will help you succeed in this role include self-motivated, a solution mindset, attention to detail—a team player with the ability to work independently with minimum supervision. You will demonstrate leadership and self-direction. Willingness to teach others and learn techniques Flexible attitude, in an agile environment with frequently changing deadlines can be relied on to meet deadlines, committed to both their work and personal development, with a willingness to widen their experience, including knowledge base and leadership skills. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
