We are Scandinavia's largest SSL/TLS certificate supplier and a leading provider of scalable PKI and IoT solutions for encryption, authentication, and automated certificate lifecycle management. We serve 3000+ companies of all sizes, and we have 15+ years' experience within the PKI, SSL/TLS, and certificate management business.
We are currently around 25 employees at our office at Islands Brygge, Copenhagen. We are on a growth journey, and we strive for growth on a number of key metrics, including employees.

The Role
- The Solutions Engineer is a product advocate in front of the clients and a driver of technical engagements during the pre-sales and after-sales cycle. Subject matter expert and point of contact for translating customer requirements into solutions tailored to solve our clients’ business needs while attending to their technical requirements
- The Solutions Engineer works as a bridge between Solution, Management and Sales to drive profitable sales, to promote client retention and to bring innovative and value-based PKI solutions to market attracting new business to the company
Your Responsibilities
- Promote the commercialization of PKI, including Certificate Lifecycle Management solutions
- Clearly understand and articulate the value of our offerings and creating valuable content
- Conduct customer demos to convey the functional and technical aspects of our solutions
- Highlight value proposition to the customer from a technical point of view by advising and recommending the best solution from a Quality Price Ratio perspective
- Support Sales in the technical aspect of solution selling towards converting clients to our solution offerings and provide technical training to the Sales Team
- Work closely with TRUSTZONE’s partners to strengthen the relationship, adopt best practices, and enable the transfer of knowledge from partners into TRUSTZONE
Your profile
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent education and/or experience as a solutions architect, technical pre-sales, or sales/solutions engineering in B2B sales
- A dedicated passion about the Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) industry and IT Security
- Avid and fast learner with an unstoppable curiosity
- Strong technical understanding, gained at a practical level in a technology organization
- Critical and creative thinker who loves to solve complex problems to achieve innovative and improved solutions
- A talent for connecting the dots between technology and commercial value
- Strong communicator who adapts to the needs of the audience
The prospective
- The Solutions Engineer will be given a variety of future opportunities, if we manage to keep going forward at the expected rapid pace. This could potentially mean working abroad in the same position for a period, deep learning and specialization in a narrow field
- The Solutions Engineer will naturally be heavily involved in mapping the landscape of our markets and thus clarifying the potential, working closely together with our key suppliers, and have an important mandate in our product and solution development
- The Solutions Engineer will clearly play a very important role in our ambitious mission to provide the best PKI solutions in the world
