We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Process Architect cybersecurity, to lead process optimisation across multiple projects to streamline process flows and establish operational efficiency. If you have a strong working knowledge of understanding best practices regarding process design as well as assessing performance gaps and opportunities, then we want to hear from you.
Service Digital Transformation Global Process Management
You will work closely with stakeholders to develop an integrated process view of security operations using a repeatable & cohesive framework. While identifying gaps and simplifying cross-functional processes. This will include developing well-defined business process models with clearly documented accountability to increase the efficiency of processes.
To be successful in this role, you will come to us with strong experience of conducting statistical analyses of process performance in a business environment. You will come from an operational IT, process driven background and be proactive in formulating strategies with a keen interest in cybersecurity and architecture.

Responsibilities
- Comfortable facilitating process workshops and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Develop and document future state process models
- Work to develop an integrated view of security operations processes according to ARIS standard
- Collaborate with all stakeholders to evaluate business goals, identify business problems, and facilitate solutions
- Ability to work independently and comfortable operating with limited or ambiguous information
- Enable strategic and transitional planning of business processes and information
- Develops and evaluates performance metrics to establish process success, work with multiple stakeholders, often with competing/conflicting objectives, to ensure cohesive and reachable measures of success
Qualifications
- Relevant degree at Master level or higher
- Minimum of 5 - 8 years' experience determining customer requirements, defining process measures, identifying root cause, designing process improvements
- 2+ years’ experience from cybersecurity in Operational Technology
- Extensive business understanding preferably from a large global company (1000+ employees)
- Strong experience with organisational understanding and transformation
- Strong English communication skills (written & spoken) with a focus on simplification of highly complex topics
- Experience with designing and facilitating workshops

- Professional skills: e.g. Prince2 certified
- Personal skills: e.g. High degree of flexibility, problem solving-oriented with strong people, stakeholder & interpersonal skills
- Computer skills: e.g. .net programming skills
- Ability to operate independently and motivated from freedom to operate with a high degree of responsibility
- Is motivated by changing the service business to meet the next generation challenges
- Ability to create impact and receive buy-in from management teams and functional teams, while enforcing simplicity and consistency
- Ability to manage stakeholders' needs and expectations and build collaborative working relationships
