.NET Software Developers– Copenhagen, Denmark
Getinge is looking for a .NET Software Developer to join the T-DOC team within Digital Health Solutions organization (DHS). DHS delivers hospital efficiency solutions to help optimize workflows in sterile services departments, operating rooms, and for the patient journey. By supporting and facilitating workflows and communication channels for health care professionals, their products help the customers deliver efficient and high-quality patient care.
T-DOC is used in more than 1000 hospitals globally and supports sterile services and operating departments in managing their workflows, goods, and instruments as well as ensuring full traceability and documentation to ensure patient safety.

As a Software Developer, you will be involved in all aspects of the development process. You will be responsible for creating new functionality, expanding existing functionality, and migrating existing functionality to a new architecture as well as building integrations between their various IT solutions. You will do this as part of the T-DOC R&D team that consists of 36 people, 13 of whom are in Copenhagen. The department is organised as a scrum organisation, that consists of 3 scrum teams, 3 software architects, 3 UX designers, 2 Technical Writers, and 2 Product owners.
They are hiring .NET developers with a range of experience, from a few years to a lifetime.
Day to day responsibilities as a developer will include:
- Participating in the team scrum activities
- Implementing C# code
- Guiding the software test team in verification of your code
- Participating in sprint refinement and sprint planning activities
- Contributing to company-wide innovation
Your primary work tasks as a senior/lead developer will also include:
- Mentoring and facilitating developers during implementation
- Taking part in defining and improving the software test strategy
- Assisting the Designers and Architects in specifying new features
- Partaking in cross-departments activities to create better service for the customers

You are a dedicated team player with strong programming skills and your experience includes:
You have experience in programming and developing different high-quality distributed software solutions for Windows-based web, and mobile platforms in the .NET framework using C#, and you’re possibly comfortable with Typescript or JavaScript. They expect that you also have experience with relational databases / SQL.
It is an advantage if you have experience designing web-based or mobile front ends for a microservice/SOA architecture and has knowledge of interfacing systems that use standards such as REST/JSON or SOAP/XML.
You are most likely already working as a software developer and are ready to work in a team developing a global successful healthcare product.
On top of this, you have a sincere interest in IT technology — you follow technology trends, install pre-releases to try them out, and have a genuine interest in and a deep understanding of systems and how to connect all the dots in a workflow.
The corporate language is English, and Getinge welcomes applicants from all over the world, as long as you’re able to work in Denmark and travel to the office on a regular basis. This position will be based in Central Copenhagen, with daily collaboration with teams internationally.
To help meet their goals of becoming CO2 neutral by 2025, they travel only if they must. In this role, you may be required to travel a few days a year to visit clients in one of the 40 countries where T-DOC is implemented.
