In a world, where the expectation from the consumer is that “everything is connected”, there is an increasing need to build integrations across capabilities like e.g. POS, Advanced Analytics, Omni Channel and Loyalty Programs. At the same time, we also experience a rise in various compliance and regulatory requirements like GDPR, anti-fraud, VAT and tax which makes the need for a coherent and clear solution architecture even more relevant.
We work with many different technologies and solutions, however, at the very heart of what we do is our point-of-sales solutions that is supporting sales processes in 2200+ concept stores worldwide.
It is in this space, that you will contribute as Solution Architect:
- Create and maintain overview of global retail technology landscape and processes
- Identify and address pain points in current architecture
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand new business demands
- Convert business demands into solutions designs
What is needed to succeed
You are likely to have more than five years of experience working with solution architecture or in a similar role, and you have an interest in progressing a career in a global organization that’s accelerating its digital transformation and looking to win in the personalized omnichannel space. You bring a solid understanding of technology in general and also preferably knowledge of the Retail industry from a global setting. We further believe that professionals with the following skills and experience are well-suited:
- Experience within Microsoft technologies/solutions is an advantage, as one of our core solutions is based on Dynamics365 commerce with MPOS, but not a requirement
- Experience working with architecture - and solution design in a global context
- Experience from another global retailer is preferred
- Professional verbal and written English skills
