Test System Developer
The job and the team
Do you have experience in developing test systems? Have you worked with small electronic or medical devices such as hearing aids, headphones, mobile phones or other electro acoustic devices? Are you ready for new challenges in an international company? Part of the team is developing test systems to be used by R&D and you will be part of the team that supports our NPI front-loading.
You can expect a great team spirit and a workplace where we always support each other to reach our common goal in providing world class engineering solutions to the challenges we face. We work according to SCRUM principles and supports each other in making the right solutions. In your new job you will be developing, debugging, and integrating test systems in a challenging as well as exciting field. You can expect limited travel activity as the team is working across borders.
Your focus will be:
- System integration testing on a production frontloading test system
- HW/SW/FW debugging
- Documentation according to SOP’s and quality management systems
Competencies
It is important that you know what it takes to create a complete test system, from specification through implementation and validation. We expect you to have experience in developing test systems, preferably in relation to small electronics like the once listed in the first paraphrase. You know how to document your work according to quality management systems. It is essential that you have experience with LabVIEW and HW debugging and a plus if you know about TestStand as they are the main programs that we use.
We expect you to hold a master’s degree or BA in Electronics and you are good at English. You are furthermore used to work with products with a clear user focus, and you know how to network and navigate in a project driven organization where the working environments key asset is cross functional teamwork.
As a person, you are outgoing, flexible, structured and process oriented. You are self-managed, efficient, and able to focus on your goals. You have good communication skills and are the kind of person who involves your team in knowledge sharing.
