Test System Technician
Do you have experience with measurement equipment? Have you worked with small electronic or medical devices such as hearing aids, headphones, mobile phones or other electro acoustic devices? Are you ready for new challenges in an international company?
The team is developing automated tests systems and applications used by R&D to enable the development teams to be efficient in their work. You can expect a great team spirit and a workplace where we always support each other to reach our common goal in providing world class engineering solutions to the challenges we face. We work according to SCRUM principles and supports each other in making the right solutions.
In your new job you will be responsible for managing our measurement equipment and associated lab facilities as well as making sure that we stay in compliance. You can expect limited travel activity as the team is working across borders.
Your focus will be:
- Managing calibration and repair of our equipment together with suppliers
- Assembly of test systems including validation
- Debugging of test systems
- Purchasing and registration of new equipment
- Documentation according to SOP’s and quality management systems
Competencies
It is important that you are familiar with measurement equipment preferably within the area of electro-acoustics and RF. You have experience with metrology, calibration and preferably knowledge within measurement uncertainties. Possibly you know how to develop test boards and fixtures and you are a hands-on type of person.
We expect you to have an education within electronics or electrical engineering and you are good at English. You are furthermore used to work with products with a clear user focus, and you know how to network and navigate in a large organization where the working environments key asset is cross functional teamwork.
As a person, you are outgoing, flexible, structured and process oriented. You are self-managed, efficient, and able to focus on your goals. You have good communication skills and are the kind of person who involves your team in knowledge sharing.
