Do you want to be a part of a skilled team of middleware specialists who develop, offer, maintain and advice middleware solutions for some of the largest companies in Denmark? Now you have your chance to seek the challenging role as Middleware Operations & Architecture Specialist.
We are looking for skills within various middleware technologies, preferably Red Hat JBoss and/or Apache Tomcat including related products. This department of NNIT also provides services within a range of other middleware products like Microsoft BizTalk, IBM MQ, IBM WebSphere and Oracle WebLogic including SOA/OSB.
Your responsibilities as Middleware Operations & Architecture Specialist
You will be part of a dedicated team, which handles daily operations, consultancy/advisory, standardization and optimization of middleware solutions for a wide variety of customers. This team is a so-called “extended team”, meaning that you’ll mostly be part of a system’s entire journey into the company; from the bid process, through to the advisory phase, conception in collaboration with the customer, build phase, hand-over to operations and subsequent operations and continuous maintenance. The team consists of approximately 30 employees across Denmark, Czechia and China, which all are specialists within various middleware and adjacent technology areas.

Your qualifications and experience
You have experience working with projects and operations of middleware products, preferably Red Hat JBoss and/or Apache Tomcat solutions. You have a good business mindset and is used to working with customers, using your strong analytic skills and structured approach. You understand the requirements for documentation and test, which is a vital part of the delivery.
As a person you are positive, outgoing and a team player. You thrive in a busy environment with multiple tasks that must be handled at once. You communicate clearly in English, both written and spoken, and you have the ability to build strong relationships both with our customers and within NNIT.
You are an empathetic and dynamic person who is focuses on people and results. Your personality inspires confidence with customers and creates enthusiasm among your colleagues.

- Taking part of daily operations with handling of incidents and change requests
- Writing continuous system documentation
- Optimizing, consolidating and automating systems
- Participating in projects such as transitions, migrations and upgrades
You will join our Middleware & Batch team in Denmark.
