The Challenge
You will be joining a company that follows the Spotify Model (think autonomous squads, continuous improvement and an agile work environment!). You will be working as a Scrum Master for one or more teams in our Warsaw office, owning the sprint process for these teams, maintaining the sprint backlog as well as removing any blockers to sprint success.
We care about quality and so we are looking to hire a like-minded and talented Scrum Master to ensure that quality is guaranteed. You will get the opportunity to gain experience in a fast-moving and exciting startup company with the possibility to enhance Scrum across the entire Warsaw office.
You will be the first dedicated Scrum Master in the Warsaw team so you will get the opportunity to take responsibility for improving and spreading Scrum practices. You will be coordinating the two-week sprints, maintaining the sprint quality and velocity as well as ensuring sprint quality. You will also get the opportunity to coach developers in all things Scrum to ensure that we are delivering the highest quality product possible to our customers.

What you bring: A proven experience of delivering high-quality software, a passion for sparring with stakeholders, a love of all things Scrum and SaFe. understanding of CI/CD, great knowledge of SCRUM and SAFe.
Who you are: Life-long learner, a great communicator and motivator who is passionate about Scrum and willing and able to spread Scrum culture across an organization
Bonus points if you have: Scrum master certification is a plus
