GLOBAL HR SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR & MASTER DATA SPECIALIST

Building our future, we are accelerating establishing organizational backbone structures, incl. implementing a new HR IS across 7 countries.
About the job
As Global HR System Administrator & Master Data Specialist you will become the product owner of HRIS (Sage People) and in this capacity engages with stakeholders across Vectura Fertin Pharma to ensure optimal performance and utilization. The role is based in Fertin Pharma HQ in Vejle and you will join a team of global HR professionals where collaboration is based on 3 key culture pillars: Act as an Owner, Be Curious and Win Together.
Throughout 2023 your main responsibility will be onboarded and support an established global project team in seamless implementation of Sage People across our entities in India, Singapore, Switzerland, Denmark, United Kingdom, USA and Canada., This requires you contribute to a high performing HRIS supporting business needs by:
- Develop data management strategies, governance, and policies to ensure GDPR compliant and high quality in people data and dashboards
- Drive and ensure HR data maintenance processes are implemented, incl. regular quality auditing
- Updating system configurations
- Support HR community and people managers with HRIS related requirements and queries
- Identify through the system lenses opportunity for process improvement
- Provide people data reports
2024 and forward you will develop further people dash boards and analytics catering to people, financial and other business decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Organizing, auditing, cleansing, and maintaining HR data ensuring GDPR compliance
- Acting as the superuser for our HRIS, providing guidance and support to colleagues
- Taking ownership of HR data maintenance and reporting
- Facilitates streamlining HR processes helping to manage the HR systems
- Updating employee electronic records
- Providing an effective support service to end users in business and HR
You are proactive, solution focused, and process driven
To be successful as our new Global HR System Administrator & Master Data Specialist we see it relevant that you have:
- Experience of data management in HR Information Systems collaborating with IT and HR professionals
- Knowledge of HR systems and software including data management, governance, and quality
- Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Experience of working in an international HR/business environment will be an advantage
- You have an analytical, improvement focused mindset
