Service Business Improvement Service Analytics
The Supply Chain & Planning Analytics Partner is part of the Service Analytics department and reports to the Head of Analytics for Service. The Service Analytics department is anchored within Business Improvement and the Head of Business Improvement reports to the EVP for Service.
The department is responsible for enabling the Service organisation to make better decisions based on data by creating transparency and actionable insights for key decisions across the value chain in Service. The actionable insights are primarily delivered through business intelligence visualisation tools, output from advanced analytics models and material for senior management

Responsibilities
The role supports the Service Operations management team on data analytical topics within the supply chain and planning processes as well as delivering actionable insights to key decisions taken within this process globally. Key responsibilities are:

  • Engage with the Service Operations and Supply Chain & Repair management teams to support with transparency on performance and where to prioritise efforts for improvements
  • Continuously identify opportunities for performance improvements and discuss with management and experts on how to capture value
  • Act as global Data Product owner on self-service analytical tools (PowerBI) for end-users working in the Supply Chain and Planning processes to deliver actionable insights
  • Act as global Data Product owner on advanced analytical products to deliver decision support based on predictive and prescriptive analytical models
  • The role as Product owner entails working agile by capturing requirements for development from end- users, technical and process experts, continuously prioritising the backlog, working with Service Analytics Development team to scope work, improving UX/UI, testing and securing adoption by engaging and training end-users in the products you own
  • Drive active knowledge sharing on best practices within the Service Analytics team and key stakeholders


Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Engineering, Economics and Business Administration, or something similar with a specialisation within Supply Chain Management / Data analytics
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience within supply chain performance management (SCOR framework and metrics) and data analytics for a large industrial manufacturing or industrial service business
  • Hands on experience with building dashboard or other reporting tools on data visualisation software such as PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik etc.
  • Experience working agile would be beneficial
  • Experience with building or collaborating with teams building advanced analytical models is beneficial

Competencies

  • Curious and self-motivated with focus on driving impact
  • Ability to work collaboratively with and through others, in a matrix organisation, with multi-national stakeholders and teams
  • Ability to work with both highly technical and business - oriented leaders and translate technical analysis and concepts into the right business insights
  • Acute business acumen and understanding of organisational, technical and process related challenges and opportunities
  • Professional facilitator and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Organised, systematic, with a natural attention to detail
  • Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools are beneficial

Also, it is a prerequisite that you are somewhat flexible regarding work hours (international stakeholders)

Additional information
Primary work location is Hedeager 42, Aarhus N - alternatively in Copenhagen S - Denmark.
