The position
As Regulatory SC Partner, you will be responsible for giving input to regulatory submission/approval plans based on the global supply strategy and supply Chain constrains in close collaboration with our stakeholders. As part of your role, you will be responsible for:
Qualifications
You have experience as or are currently working as a production planner, preferably in SAP APO, OMP or alike planning system and have a relevant university degree within Supply Chain, Finance, Business, Engineering or similar.
In addition, we like to see that you:
We expect that you have the skills to take responsibility for complex tasks involving many different stakeholders across different business areas. Furthermore, you must have the ability to work independently using your sound personal judgment to make wise decisions and to ask when in doubt. Lastly, you write and speak English fluently.
As a person you have a high level of energy, a positive mind-set and are open towards other people and new ideas. You thrive in a dynamic and international environment with numerous tasks and changing priorities, while staying focused on details and managing strict deadlines. You have good process understanding and the ability to work in a structured and independent manner.
About the department
You will be part of the Regulatory Flexibility team with five dedicated colleagues which is a part of Mid-term Planning. The department is anchored in Supply Chain (SC) which has the overall supply chain responsibility in Novo Nordisk. Regulatory Flexibility’s key responsibilities include minimizing limitations originating from regulatory complexity & supply chain constraints and thereby reduce supply risks to markets.

The position
As Regulatory SC Partner, you will be responsible for giving input to regulatory submission/approval plans based on the global supply strategy and supply Chain constrains in close collaboration with our stakeholders. As part of your role, you will be responsible for:
- Head up or contribute to cross-functional improvement projects to gain supply chain flexibility, by translating supply chain strategy, supply chain constrains & demand forecast into regulator priorities in close cooperation with other stakeholders
- Minimise limitations due to supply chain & regulatory constraints and thereby reduce supply risks
- Setting and monitoring targets for supply flexibility initiatives/projects both short- and long-term and communicating them effectively
- Execution activities of the global supply strategy and mitigate challenges on a daily basis.
- You will become experienced with current and future supply and demand challenges within the company’s product portfolio, supply chain constrains and related global regulatory requirements.
- Reporting on must-wins, supply chain mitigations based on agreed approval timelines and re-prioritise based on changes
Qualifications
You have experience as or are currently working as a production planner, preferably in SAP APO, OMP or alike planning system and have a relevant university degree within Supply Chain, Finance, Business, Engineering or similar.
In addition, we like to see that you:
- Have strong experience with Supply Chain Management (preferably in a pharmaceutical setting)
- Must have very strong skills in creating and maintaining relationships across a global organisation
- Have strong project manager skills, presentation skills, Excel skills and be confident with managing complex details
- Are capable of managing different types of input and anchoring actions in the organisation
- Good at challenging, acting proactively and can work independently, but also as part of a team
