Then, you may be the Supply Planner we are looking for in Inbound Supply Management.
The Position You will be responsible for securing the supply of process aids to our manufacturing sites on daily basis while also driving optimization projects and initiatives. The scope of the projects and initiatives can vary, e.g., mainly towards inventory- and order management, but also towards the suppliers and the manufacturing sites. You are expected to identify better practices, drive process improvements and act as a role model in the team and department. You will be managing internal stakeholders on all levels, external suppliers, communicate and present on management level. Further, you will be responsible for specific items, and you will ensure deliveries to production on time by monitoring inventory levels, prioritise needs from production and coordinate activities with internal and external stakeholders to secure availability of released material.
Qualifications
You have a graduate degree (MSc) in Supply Chain Management or similar field, supplemented with a proven track record within the supply chain management field. You are a high performer and have proven skills within; stakeholder management, communication, process optimization and change management. You have a strong analytical mindset – both in terms of data and processes. You communicate effectively, meet deadlines and approach tasks in a structured way and you are driven by making a difference. As a person, you have high energy and a positive mindset and are open to other people and new ideas. You work independently, and you like a dynamic environment with many simultaneous tasks and changing priorities while managing deadlines. You thrive in an international environment and with people of diverse backgrounds. About the department
The Inbound Supply Management department (ISM) is part of Sourcing Operations responsible for planning, purchasing, distribution and warehousing of the thousands of materials going into the production worldwide. Our common goal is to ensure reliable supply of quality products in regulatory compliance at a competitive cost to Novo Nordisk manufacturing sites globally. You will join a dynamic team of 10 employees responsible for driving the supply chain for all raw materials across SoOp in becoming more robust, effective and efficient.
