The position As Supply Flexibility Partner, you will be responsible for giving input to regulatory submission/approval plans based on the global supply strategy and supply chain constrains in close collaboration with our stakeholders. As part of your role, you will be responsible for: Heading up or contribute to cross-functional improvement projects to gain supply chain flexibility, by translating supply chain strategy, supply chain constrains & demand forecast into regulatory priorities in close cooperation with other stakeholders Minimising limitations due to supply chain & regulatory constraints and thereby reduce supply risks Setting and monitoring targets for supply flexibility initiatives/projects both short- and long-term and communicating them effectively Executing activities of the global supply strategy and mitigate challenges on a daily basis. Reporting on must-wins submissions and approvals to senior management, supply chain mitigations based on agreed approval timelines and re-prioritise based on changes. Additionally, you will become experienced with current and future supply and demand challenges within the company’s product portfolio, supply chain constrains and related global regulatory requirements. Qualifications Our ideal candidate have: Several years of experience with Supply Chain Management (preferably in a pharmaceutical setting), and experience with SAP APO, OMP or alike planning system Relevant university degree within Supply Chain, Finance, Business, Engineering or similar Excellent presentation skills and proficiency in using Excel Very strong skills in creating and maintaining relationships across a global organisation A strong analytical, data driven mindset and hands-on experience with an interest in production management and planning Solid business understanding and experience with connecting and deploying information in relevant contexts and business case analysis We expect that you have the skills to take responsibility for complex tasks involving many different stakeholders across different business areas. Furthermore, you must have the ability to work independently using your sound personal judgment to make wise decisions and to ask when in doubt. Lastly, you write and speak English fluently. As a person you have a high level of energy, a positive mind-set and are open towards other people and new ideas. You thrive in a dynamic and international environment with numerous tasks and changing priorities, while staying focused on details and managing strict deadlines. You have good process understanding and the ability to work in a structured and independent manner. About the department You will be part of the Supply Flexibility team in Product Supply Launch Office, with 14 dedicated colleagues both in Bagsværd and in India. The department is anchored in Supply Chain (SC) which has the overall supply chain responsibility in Novo Nordisk. Supply Flexibility’s key responsibilities include minimizing limitations originating from regulatory complexity & supply chain constraints and thereby reduce supply risks to markets.
