The position In this role, you will be part of a great team of 11 colleagues, consisting of project managers, project associates and system experts. The team is responsible for driving adoption to our procurement system Coupa, continuous optimisations in purchasing and finance processes and business partnering on a global level. You will be working closely with Line of Business across the company, on activities including:
  • Driving process improvements incl. issue/opportunity identification, design, implementation, change management and training.
  • Business partnering to the organisation to understand needs and ensure a seamless buying process to drive world class procurement.
  • Using your process and system expertise in ensuring outstanding support to our users in Line of Business and resolving complex support cases.
  • Qualifications You have a relevant educational background related to process optimisation and digitalisation, business administration, IT administration or similar, with excellent results. Other success criteria are:
  • Being motivated by driving changes and improvements involving many stakeholders at all organisational levels.
  • Pro-active problem solving approach, with the ability to dig into details and use data to drive recommendations.
  • Having high level of drive, initiative and persistence and being result-oriented.
  • Experience with identifying and implementing digitalisation and process optimisations
  • strong collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders and being a team player.
  • Fluency in English.
