Drive the continuous improvement of operational processes
At our HQ in Ballerup, you will join 19 colleagues in Global Supply Chain who are part of a larger global team across our sites. We are currently on a journey to re-think processes to continuously optimize the cost of quality. For instance, we are supporting the implementation of a new cloud-based ERP system which will enable greater agility across the operational processes.
You will be driving the development of our processes and performance across our sites in China, Malaysia, the US, the UK and Spain. More specifically, you will:

- Apply your analytical capabilities to identify improvement opportunities related to both physical and digital processes, as well as reporting and governance structures
- Participate in various cross-functional projects in the supply chain
- Be involved in day-to-day operational performance dialogues with our operations sites
- Manage stakeholders across multiple functions (e.g. R&D, Sales and Operations)
- Drive business cases for new improvement initiatives

Supply chain professional with a mindset for continuous improvement
Your strong interpersonal skills are of great importance as you create the dialogue needed to transcend cultural differences, align processes across sites and explore new ways of working to maximize efficiency. Moreover, we expect you to have:
- A master’s degree in supply chain management, operations management, economics or similar
- 2+ years of business experience within consulting, supply chain management, process improvement or similar
- Experience with project management combined with experience in implementing cross-functional process improvements
- Excellent analytical capabilities, enabling you to eliminate issues, create solid processes and make structured project plans
