Then join our Process quality management team, where you will be working with process quality, data analysis, and organizational learning.

Core responsibilities

• Monitor, analyse and select processes for improvement

• Participate in developing risk management or quality assurance tools

• Develop and implement feedback and learning loops into core processes

• Engage & align w. relevant partners to work according to the process quality mindset

• Establish good relations to Specialists & Managers

• Spot needs for Process Quality training & skills within the E&M value chain

The Elements & Moulds process quality team sits at the core of the LEGO supply chain, where we develop, manufacture and test LEGO moulds before sending them out to our production sites.

Our main focus is to develop and monitor Process quality to ensure stability, cost efficiency and the reduction of rework in the organization.

The team supports and enables operational areas in developing processes, best practices or standards that mitigates risks or reduces the likelihood of rework later in the value chain. This is done through close collaboration with our stakeholders and the teams in-depth knowledge of the Quality toolbox, organizational learning and E2E understanding. We pinpoint structural challenges or missing learning opportunities via our quality feedback systems, which we support and develop.

Do you have what it takes?

Many different roads lead to this position, but we imagine that you have an educational background with relation to supply chain, logistics, engineering and/or quality. We also expect that you have:

• Strong E2E mindset

• Ability to combine theoretical knowledge with work experience

• Strong communicational skills - Stakeholder management

• General theoretical and practical knowledge of the Quality toolbox (Six Sigma, FMEA, QMS, Auditing, etc..)

• Change management and Organizational learning skills

• Advanced English language skills – written and oral

You are a team player with a global mindset enabling you to collaborate across cultures and functional boundaries. You have the ability to see the end-to-end perspective and you continuously focus on increasing your functional expertise.
