Are you the right person to lead towards an effective portfolio in a new department? Well, here is your chance!
Inject your excellent motivational skills, aim for efficiency and need for structure in a newly established department. You will own the way in developing an overview of the portfolio to enable outstanding team achievements.
Core Responsibilities
• Ensure transparency in department project portfolio and enable management decision making and communication of expected deliveries to stakeholders
• Prioritize projects (based on agreed criteria), plans, manages resources and keeps all involved parties informed about the status and progress
• Facilitate and enable the organization to focus on the agreed priorities by handling active as well as incoming new activities/identified projects and providing tools to estimate resources needed, optimize deliverables and decision-making
• Develop and maintain department owned processes, link with LCI to introduce value adding tools and ongoing optimizations that can deliver departmental results and manage the portfolio
• Responsible for the TIP and strategy development process

The Moulding Analytics Center is a newly established organization with the role of Global Molding Process Platform owner. The department is in charge of setting mould parameters and standards for existing and future materials and moulding process solutions.
It is a competence Center for one of The LEGO Group core capabilities – injection moulding and is responsible for extracting and analyzing data and providing a solid ground for decision-making for engineering solutions across functions.
Do you have what it takes?
The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or similar background, and has experience with Scrum and Agile planning. In addition, has minimum 5 years of experience with portfolio management in a larger company with complex cross functional projects.
Furthermore, we expect you have:
• Experience with and interest in working with deep technical specialists
• Knowledge of program/project planning tools and reporting
• Expertise in delivery and performance tracking
• Excellent Danish and English written and verbal communication skills

• Curiosity, bravery and focus in collaboration with teammates
• Ability to synthesize and make abstract concepts/deliverables tangible and concrete
