As Supply Planning Manager you will be leading a team of supply planners. The main responsibility of the Supply Planning team is to ensure weekly scheduling of production lines at our factories in Frederikssund and at our co-packers around the world. The team will also ensure that we have sufficient materials available for production and manage daily business with suppliers. The Supply Planning team is ensuring the right balance between product availability, inventory and production efficiency and act as the link between production and sales. You will be a key player in ensuring our products reach the costumers and consumers in time.
CO-RO has an ambitious growth strategy which drives the need for stronger planning. In combination with current implementation of a new ERP system (Dynamics 365) this provides us with a unique opportunity to develop planning at CO-RO into a key stakeholder and center point for decision making. You will take part in this transformation by developing strong processes for operational execution and implementing new ways of working. As our planning matures, you will also take part in developing tactical planning processes such as inventory policies, service level agreements, master planning as well as KPI framework and target setting.
You will be part of our Customer Supply Chain management team. Customer Supply Chain covers Sales & Operational Planning, Supply Planning, Customer Service and Strategic Sourcing. Customer Supply Chain is a newly established function, established to ensure best service to our customers all over the world. We have a wide range of stakeholders at other departments in Frederikssund as well as with our many partners around the world.

The profile
- You are a Master’s/diploma graduate within SCM or engineering and have a 5-10 years of planning experience ideally within FMCG
- You have experience with managing a team of planners and you are willing to take active part in daily operations while also managing the team
- You have attention to detail and have good excel/BI skills and are familiar with Dynamics 365 or other ERP and planning tools
- You enjoy the fast pace and decision making in an operational environment
- You are excellent in stakeholder management and have the ability to create and maintain trusted relations
- You communicate convincingly and is fully proficient in English and Danish in a professional context
- Some travel to visit co-packers and suppliers may occur (app. 10 days per year)
