As a Project Director Business Support, you will have the opportunity to build and lead your own organization as our project evolves through different phases. You will head up a diverse team responsible for all financial matters, project controls, procurement, expediting towards external contractors, data analytics, and supply chain management.Your responsibilities will include:

Building a highly effective and efficient business support function

Leading all project controls efforts

Developing the organization’s supply chain functions

Leading leaders

Establishing relationships across the API organization for effective stakeholder management and management support

You will be involved in a broad range of tasks, including reporting to senior management, leading problem-solving on critical issues, and developing needed business strategies.Qualifications
We are looking for someone who:

Holds an academic degree within finance, business or supply chain

Has a solid financial background with an understanding of project finances, experience in project controls, and experience working in complex international organizations, preferably within the manufacturing environment

Has a proven leadership track record

Is fluent in both spoken and written English. Fluency in Danish would be an advantage

As a person, you have excellent relationship-building skills and a positive attitude. You are acknowledged for solving complex business challenges to everyone’s satisfaction with the long term in mind. The Project Director Business Support role is part of the M3 project, [xxxxx]’s largest investment project to date. The project is located in Kalundborg, Denmark, where we design and build future API facilities as multi-product facilities. The M3 team is a diverse group of approximately 300 talented colleagues from over 30 different national backgrounds.
