Would you like to work with design and construction of production facilities and be a part of implementing processes within GMP? Are you excited about both communication and technical assignments? Then we might have the right position for you as Warehouse Operational Responsible at Novo Nordisk Pharmatech A/S. The position You will become part of a newly established project organisation that must ensure adequate capacity to meet the increased demand from Novo Nordisk A/S, by establishing a new greenfield GMP production facility including new warehouse in Køge 45 minutes from Copenhagen. The new facility is built to modern standards. Sustainability and safety are key aspects during construction and operation as well as ensuring future expansion capabilities. Your areas of responsibility will be to: Making suggestions within user requirements for the warehouse and logistic Being a part in all aspects of the Warehouse process from design, layout, choice of supplier, purchasing, qualification, validation, and documentation Participating in end-to-end processes: Determining business needs, creating user requirements specifications, designing solutions, and writing documentation such as procedures and change requests Ensuring operational readiness of the new warehouse and that all quality and safety input are adjusted and implemented. Furthermore, you can look forward to working in close collaboration with many different stakeholders both internally and externally to ensure high quality, efficiency, reliability, and stability in our upcoming production facility.
To sum up: Together with the team, you will ensure good engineering and manufacturing practice as a user representative in our projects. Qualifications We imagine the right candidate for the position has: M.Sc., B.Sc. within Engineering, Life Sciences or similar Technical and operational knowledge from a raw material warehouse Technical knowledge of procedures and instructions of warehouse and logistic, including flows and planning Operational knowledge and user experience with SAP ECC Excellent communication skills, both English and Danish. As a person you are a dedicated team player who are energized by watching your team succeed by knowing you had a part within it. You enjoy finding a solution to a problem and have a positive and constructive mindset in the face of adversity. The department For the next 3-4 years, you will be part of the project organisation, seeing the project all the way through to operation. You will also be affiliated with the other support departments, where you will be able to draw on the experiences of employees and people managers within your field. After the project you will support our new facility operations and ensure that everything you have supported the implementation of will be successful in operations.
