PTA ENGINEER - OPERATIONS & SUPPLY CHAIN
Fertin Pharma was recently acquired by Philip Morris International (PMI) and at Fertin Pharma, our mission is to support healthier living. We help leading global brands create pharmaceutical and nutraceutical products to support healthier living. With our new owner onboard, Fertin will continue to pursue its mission and at the same time be a key enabler in building a smoke-free future together with our new owner.
For our newly established and fast growing state-of-the-art production of all white pouches we are searching for a PTA Engineer.
In this position you will:
- Create and maintain the basis for the production setup
- Manage the technical/scientific knowledge related to the production area (Product, Process & Systems) in order to consistently support the floor and maintain a high level of expertise
- Create/review documents that cover production processes under your responsibility (i.e.: process flow diagram, process risk assessment, process control points) and provide training
- Create and update SOP’s and supporting documentation to obtain the best practice within the area and facilitate production data management
- Lead or participate in project teams to improve overall factory performance and foster the implementation of initiatives
- Act as single point of contact for leading global/regional EHS and quality initiatives
- Conduct analysis of key QA KPIs and develop action plan to eliminate the gap
- Identify training needs and provide training programs to ensure a successful knowledge transfer and ensure the compliance in terms of requirements and support for current and long-term facility/departmental objectives achievements.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Engineering degree or another equivalent education.
- 5+ years’ experience related to production and engineering
- Good command of Danish and English is a must
- Functional expertise is required in connection with good knowledge of the Office package
- Experiences in quality management, LEAN, Open+, EHS and mass flow manufacturing.
