At Kvik the mission is clear: To sell Danish design kitchens, baths and wardrobes at surprisingly low prices.
Kvik has grown sales 74% the last 7 years by growing sales in current stores, opening new stores and new markets. Today Kvik can be found in 170+ stores in 13 markets - and a lot more stores will open this year.
Kvik wants to continue to grow at a high pace and we are in the process of a major modernization of our supply chain and production setup, including systems integrations with suppliers - for improving way of working and processes. We are therefore looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager for Kvik in Vildbjerg, where you will have a strong and central role in the company, and with reference to the Production Director, you will have the overall responsibility for designing, developing and driving a high-performance and customer-oriented supply chain. In addition to the development and improvement of Kvik's supply chain, one of your primary tasks will be through leadership - to ensure motivation and well-being of your team. A team counting 9 employees within purchasing, planning and analysis.

You are positive and understand how to collect, structure and analyze information - adapt to the market needs of tomorrow and setting new standards. You communicate in a direct manner and easily in both Danish and English. Your responsibilities include;
- Together with the Production Director to set a clear strategy and direction for SCM
- Responsible for overall planning, purchasing and analysis
- Continued optimization/improvement of planning and purchasing
- Ensure a balanced production via purchasing and planning to meet the future market needs
- Initiate and drive new/innovative ideas - supporting the best customer experience
- Assist in the search of new suppliers, as well as help ensure that companies comply with agreed SLA’s, in respect of OTIF
What does it take to be a part of Kvik?
- First of all, you are a skilled people manager with several years of management experience in supply chain
- You hold a relevant SCM-education at min. B.Sc.-level
- You work across the entire organization and you focus at customer experience in every order
- You are motivated by targets where your success is measured by the ability to secure a high order completion, a great customer experience and an efficient production plan
- You strive to become a vital partner of our production team and set the direction for further modernization of our processes from procurement and production to delivery
- Maybe you already have a good experience with LEAN principles
